As a glider pilot, I would appreciate timers that can display hours.
Now it displays a tenth of second wich might be interesting for competition pilots.
Maybe it is an idea to drop the tenth of seconds digit and add the hour digit the moment the timer exceeds one hour counting.
Thermal flights often are longer then one hour, sometimes even longer then two.
regards,
André

@Geni: You really use the Flugzeit timer for timing your thermal time?
Seams not to be very convenient for this, although it can display hours.

Hello Andre,
Sorry but you are wrong.
Geni has a user defined Timer named "Flugzeit". You see it in the picture "T: Flugzeit" (T: means user defined Timer)!!!!
The global model timer shows only "Flugzeit" on display!!!!
User defined timers shows max. 9h 59min 59 sec. ~ 10 hours.
Mfg Harald

Hello Harald
I made some user defined timers and let them run for two hours.
The display dit not show hours, so if you can tell me what I am doing wrong, I'll try again tonight.
I have software version 1.07

Hallo Andre,
The reason for this is very easy!!!
If you select "yes" on the "zoom" option in the Telemetry window of the timer only minutes and seconds were shown.
On selection "no" hours, minutes and sections were shown.
See on genis picture. Left timer "motor" is zoomed. The right timer "flugzeit" is not.
Mfg Harald
