Good afternnoon,

If you use a Mac you can use Clean My Drive (freeware). When you unmount the TX with Clean My Drive, all the garbage files will be deleted from
the volume.
It works fantastic for me ! :P

Yes, thank you I will use that from now on.

Can someone please upload the contents of their SD card to dropbox so I can try and restore my DS-16 to a working unit again?

I managed to find someone with version 2.0 clean that they had backed up and I have restored the file system completely.
Unfortunately this has not worked and the same error is produced.

Are there any Jet technical staff here that can offer some assistance with next steps? I would really like to avoid returning this to Esprit in the US as the cost will be high from Australia.

Hi,

I would try last think:

- Windows PC
- new SD card 4 GB
- format with FAT 32
- all folders copy to SD card
- restart TX



Otherwise I would now contact ESPRIT /USA what to do.
