Sensor building how-to: www.rc-thoughts.com/jeti-rfid-sensor/

LUA-App usage: www.rc-thoughts.com/rfid-battery/

Works without LUA (DC/DS-14/16) but full benefit with LUA-capable transmitters (DC/DS-24).

Fully compatible with Revo Bump tags.

Hi Tero,

I managed to create a dump file of a programmed Tag with some data using a different smartphone.
The dump is attached and has the following data:
3s Lipo 2400
Act. Charge: 934mAh
Act. Discharge: 702mAh
Max Charge: 1707mAh
Max. Discharge: 1712mAh
Cycles: 4
Date: 2016-08-14

Hmm. Why do you have data on four sectors when it could fit in to one or two? Looks like we are using same sectors now. I'll see what could be done with that.

How many users are there for Robbe Bid with mifare, my understanding is that Robbe uses eeprom-chips originally?

Hi Tero,

The BID chip (serial EEPROM) data is AFAIK 1:1 copied to the NFC tag to keep the story simple.
The goal was to get a retrofittable wireless solution for my charger since there is absolutely nothing like that on the market.
I don't like the BUMP box (but the idea of wireless tags) as this is another bulky box next to my charger. I may change my mind when they start to migrate the bump function into a new charger.
Meanwhile I use my WBID with the robbe Twin EQ BID 1000W charger. The WBID is only tested with that device. There are problems using it on the i4 BID charger as this one is most probably from another OEM manufacturer using different readout modes.
I implemented the second set of boards into my home charger and realised thet the 2 board solution is not as sensitive than the small single board RC522 module. I can hardly use my 25mm tags on the LiPo even with an additional spacer made of foam coted double tape. This is no problem with the single mini boards. But they seem not to be availabe at this time.
Any alternative source would be appreciated

Best regards
