i do agree !!!

I have my DC-16 now for 2 weeks, but i am very satisfied.
It is a great thing.
Coming from Grauper MX22 , i see great developments, and nothing to complain.

... Me too! The DC-16 is in my opinion one of the best transmitters available on the market with still potential for further improvements in the future - thanks to the great customer and after-sales service by Jeti! :)

I guess I was a little unlucky when I bought my DC16. Two of the three receivers were faulty (R6 and an R9).
Jeti were not that helpful.
But Esprit Models (Jeti US) were really fantastic, they replaced both receivers under warranty and tested the transmitter (they also loaded 1.06).
They even phoned me to let me know everything was ok with the transmitter. I am in Australia and I thought that was amazing service considering they didn't even sell it to me.
Since then everything has been great and I really love my DC16.
Much easier to program than the MC24 that I came from.
I just loaded 1.07 and incorporated sequencing in my latest model .... Just love it.

hallo edgar , thanks for adressing the jeti folks in cz in the way you did it ! they performed with an excellent approach so far and , as we all hope , will continue that in the future....it`s not only "time to say thank you" , i`d rather would say "its time to say good bye" to other brands (so i did with all my graupner equipment these days) as the jeti products are lightyeaers ahead from the point of versitality , quality and performance (last example for me in a long row : my new mezon 120 bec).....

dear jeti engineers , i remenber the old days , when you started the production of small 35 mhz 4 & 5 channel receivers , which had an "anti-jittering" feature at an excellent price / value realtion......when i came to the field with one of these, some of the guys there would like to see me rather not flying whith "such an receiver" and made jokes about..but these little RXs just did continously their job until these day! followed by a number of well performing esc you builded step by step your reputation up to the level you reached today !

this continuity in your heritage, your willingness to listen to customers along with your technical approach are in my eyes the keys to your success and all what is left to say is "carry on guys" and "well done"

Thank you guys for your support! I'm going to print your comments and put them on the wall to bring positive mood to everybody who walks around. We always try to implement some new features to every update as we see feedback from users - but unfortunately we cannot watch all forums to see what people are thinking about. Sometimes a direct e-mail contact is better :-).

I must say that Mr. Pickert, Peter Wessels and Uwe Nessen (sorry if I forgot somebody) are doing perfect job of looking after this forum.

hallo raf , or must i write dear mr .admin? :) ...everybody who works in an international , technical environemnt could imagine and feel with you and your guys, what it means to keep up with the everyday challenges and from time to time also backslashes from unpredicted events...don`t worry about following every single inquiry and comment ! in my eyes you and your staff approached all this until today in an effektive way..it appears sometimes as an syssiphos - work and it`s hard to keep up from day to day , but simply review your own story of success which may help a lot to continue.....if this does`nt work a couple of your excellent czech beers after work may be helpfull too
