Hello,
I would like to understand what's the function of the single orange cable from GpsLogger to RX.
Just to avoid to use 1 more free channel in Rx.

Optionally, the GPS-Logger can be remotely controlled with a free receiver channel depending on the selected option in "Rx control" or "Start mode". For this purpose, a second connection between the desired free receiver channel and the single plug on the telemetry cable of the GPS-Logger is necessary.
If none of these options are used, the single receiver port of the GPS-Logger can simply remain free.

so essentially it is to switch between min / live / max values or start the logging, here an example for switching values.

The option "Rx control = Min / Live / Max" is used to switch between the transmission of live, min and max values via telemetry. Thus one can also record in telemetry no maxima in the transmitter after the flight e.g. read the maximum height.
At the transmitter a 3-stage switch is programmed for this free channel, which must switch the channel between the following values:

- 100% for the minimum values (switching point <1.3 ms servo pulse width)

well, I know how it is as programmer
when all works is tested 100% and ready to be released, than comes writing the manual
sth a coder really hates
and pls do not forget stefan merz is a one-man-show doing this great job after normal worktime
he really offers perfect support, I already had many times contact with him
so bare with him for the english manual not beeing perfect
in general I agrre with you ... wann sell to italian market have italian manual
but as said, he is not really aiming the global market and is just a one man show

last not least, there is the great jeti forum :silly:
so most importnat is you are served in short time and your problem fixed, right?
