LUA function setTelemetryValue()

Hi Jeti,
I would like to have this function in the LUA-APi. This way one can set a variable as telemetry value possibly included to system logging. Background: A Variometer has drift in altitude. A switch in LUA can trigger an offset before the plane starts and the displayed altitude can be set to zero this way. But the log gets the wrong real value from the sensor. There are other use cases as well.
