Hello Harry,
I‘m awefully sorry, but to my experience the information from Jeti is correct! I tried it with my Piper, equiped with a REX10 Assist and a 900NG supporting a CB200 via R1 and R2. Everything up to date with newest firmware. When I changed an outpin set at the assist, it simultaniously changed the respective outpin at the CB.
Rgds,
Volker

Volker,
I cannot replicate your setup exactly.
Today I tried it with a Rex 12 Assist, RSat2, CB200.
It behaves as Jeti says, changing the pin assignment in the 12 Assist did not affect the CB 200 outputs.
The possibilities are that you have found a bug that is only in the 10, or that you have made some error and not realised it. I will let Jeti know so that they can check the 10. But if I had to place a bet on it, I always bet on user error 😃

Hi Harry,
You now made me again think about and try again. But the result is still the same.
I try a little dokumentation:
First my setup in the Plane:
CB200 with REX10 Assist and 900NG:
REX10 Assist: E1 EX-Bus goes to CB200 R1, E2 EX-Bus is the Telemetry of the Powerbox ESC, EXT ist the Telemetriy of the Jeti Power Switch.
900NG: E1 EX-Bus goes to CB200 R2, E2 is just a Backup-Power.
Setup in the Transmitter:
Normal indication.
Setup REX Assist:
So far unchanged Outpin-Setup in the Assist:
Setup CB-Box:
Again nothing special.
Cntd...

Now I created a function Licht (light), operated by Sb and assigned it to channel 16.
What I did now, is to install a Servo at the Pin 3 of the Assist (which is my left elevator servo) and then changed the Outpin-Setup for this servo at the Assist to Channel 16.
And, as I said before: Nr. 3 is now working with the Light-switch and no more with the elevator-stick. And not only at the servo which is in Pin 3 at the receiver, the left elevator-servo (which is still in Pin 3 at the Box) now as well only works with the light-switch, even the outpin 3 at the CB-box still states Elevator 1!
I made a short video:

So, if I made any mistake or error, please let me know
Best regards,
Volker

That is strange, especially as the output screen of the CB still shows ch3 elevator to pin3. I sent Jeti a link to this thread so they can choose to check it if they wish.
In my test I assigned channel 2 to pin 1. I shall try again assigning ch16 to pin 3 as you did. I am model flying for the entire day tomorrow so I may not get to test it until Thursday.
You must not attach a servo to the receiver which I know you only did for this video, because the power it pulls can damage the Rx socket of a CB.

Hello Volker,
you have the REX10A on R1 and the R900NG on R2 instead of the REX6 in Jeti’s example which you don’t have. Should not the R900NG on the R3 of the CB like in the example of Jeti? Not that here the dog of the mistake is buried. Is there a possibility to try this with the R900NG on the R3?
Hallo Volker,
