If you know how RSS works than you'll be able to see the latest news as soon as they get to the website. You only need to have a RSS reader in your browser (or an external program). This RSS reader will check the website automatically everytime the web browser is turned on. You don't need to register to the website.
PS: Google had a special web application for reading rss feeds but they discontinued it...

Hi Raf,
thanks for your quick answer. I didn't know that feature.
I as well think that this is not what was on the wish list of most of the undersigning users here.
For me this feed is useless (so far) as nothing is posted about the bug in Firmware 2.20 for example.
A new Firmware release I will recognize early enough. A bug is what I want to be informed about immediately. To make this RSS-Feed useful (for me) you would have to change the content.
Please treat you customers as "adults". The basis of a confidential relationship between Jeti and their customers is communication. Mistakes happen, but there is an urgent need to offensively communicate them as fast as possible. When the customers lose their confidence in Jeti it will take a much longer time to regain it than it took to lose it.
The way Jeti handles this bug makes me lose some of my confidence: What will happen next? Will the new release really fix the problem? Will it maybe get even worse? Will there be unknown bugs of even more influence? etc. etc.
How Jeti handles this event is pretty sad. I for myself will install future updates not when they are released anymore, but when users proof that it is bug-free. Sad for me too, so I can not use the good new developments Jeti implements when they are released as it is just too dangerous. A result is that my Transmitter has lost a lot of it's quality already. Not because of the bug, but because of my lost confidence in new Firmwares due to the lack of communication.
Best regards,
Meikel.
P.S. I would like if you see this as a chance to change something not only as criticism.

Hi Raf,
thanks for pointing us to the feed.
I read through it and I found a lot of useful information. I added it to my reader in the meantime.
As a suggestion for improvement, you may also include updates on known product issues and workarounds.
Such as a heads up on the pull back of the 2.20 release, and the known workaround for the deletion of pre-flight switches.
For me, an rss feed would be perfectly fine, and preferred over a mailing list.
Keep up the great work
Stephan
