... a reasonable Up to date Homepage with an logical download section
... Newsletter for Problems / News to registered customers (e.g. Software update 2.2)
... an UP TO DATE Written Documentation for the actual Software Version (with Search Function and all other state of the art gimmicks) but at last a searchable PDF document (it's nice and important to have a forum that support you - but in the 1st step a want to read a documentation/explanation of the functions and not hundrets of websites to hope to find a solution.

On Top I would expect:

I still believe in the mechanic product quality but also still loosing more and more fun with all the other things around.
Many of the users (and I know 5 meanwhile) have enough always to hear "it's so free" . I don't want to be a programmer for simple actions - you have templates in every other cheap or expensive sender and it could not be a problem to offer the user some "standard" templeates e.g. flight phases instead of have to rename every flight phase manualy (and I don't want to copy another model because I learnd it can be dangerous :-))
It's just an example.

Maybe you should talk more to the "standard users" - that are the people who will buy this product at the end of the day? or you have a short look to the curve and mix Function of a mx-24s -- That's what I understand in free to define curves and point (against your other philosphy - here we are total limited in defined waypoints)

Don't misunderstand: I still believe it's a great product - but don't forget this basics (maybe only austrian :-)) people expected from a product with this price. And after the 1st euphoria - I hear more and more critical voices in (my) the environment (so it seems not only to be me ...)
So thanks for reading and maybe there's something on your agenda in the future

...I know more than 5 people who sold their Graupner MC24, because they felt patronized and unflexible. ;)

Hi Kai,

in my model club or neighbour model clubs noboday wants back the old Graupner MX-24/MC-24 structure ...... ;) ;) ;) ; about 15 users are very happy with DC/DS-16 programming structure.

Hafe:

where is the problem to create you own "modell dummys folder" excatly for your individuell way ? I have created serveral of this "dummy folders" like

- F3A dummy
- Indoor Dummy normal
- Indoor Dummy VPP
- 2,6 m Modells gas with 4 ailerons
- normal glider
- 4 aileron glider

etc.

In each "dummy folder" I creat my own individuell settings (Timer, alarms, logical switches, flight modes etc.)

Now I have a new glider with "4 aileron"; so I take the " 4 aileron glider Dummy" , copy this dummy folder, remane it to the correct name of zthe new aircraft and I have all ready.

Hi PW,

the same here ;)

My old Graupner thought, it could dictate me how to programm things. It even forbid me to make some pragramming. One day I met the DC/DS which told me that I could do the programming how I want it to do. And I was free to programm and combine everything I want....

Agreed, agreed , aaand agreed as well.

So, personally I don't think we will ever see something like this, but, we the people have the power, the knowledge time and money to just do it.
I think something like this www.hangkantenpolitur.de/modellbau/jeti_...grammierung/seite-1/
Is already 15 times more useful than any Jeti documentary.
You cant fly if you dont know how to use your wings.
I remember how difficult it was to setup rescue and horizon for my HC3SX...
So why dont we start hosting a word press page, with clear documentation for certain purposes ?
Maybe together with the guys from Esprit and their huge massive base ?
Limiting the transmitter is the wrong approach , opening the eyes of the users is better.
Only if you understand what it can do enables you to try new things .

The homepage has just been renovated and its getting there.
Sure, it uses to much fillers and the text is the same, but the download section is fine, isn't it ?
But it lacks a register page to sign in with your products and then give you automated feedback.

So basically we want a Spektrum user experience with Jeti Hardware ;)
