Special characters required for each language

Please add the related/required special characters for each language (i.e. umlauts for German) in the keypad and enable toggling between capitals, lower case letters and special charaters with the "F3" button!

Remark: I already can do it by manually modifying the appropriate language file, but this is not the prefered method!
