smart power servo ports on receivers

Hi Jeti,

It would be nice to be able to configure (software) a servo port to be a bec source. Which would prevent power/current being pumped into the bec and often destroying the bec. Also have a port configured as backup power where a 1s lipo would be placed and used when bec fails. This could also trigger a alarm -> telemetry event.

This would be nice feature in receivers line with 6 to 9 channels. For use in smaller electric gliders or f5j like small setups.
