Hi,
Please check out this website:
www.battgo.org/
This is the battery parameter control future in my opinion and will hopefully replace al existing interim solutions as the communication is done through the battery connector and not via a separate NFC tag.
I am dreaming of controllers who automatically recognise their batteries and set all parametares according to them.
Also current sensors could benefit from that.
Development kits are obviously available for that technology and there is no need to use a different technology.
Since I have some experience with a wireless Robbe/MPX BID solution (and Tero with his sensors) I can say that this technology is a real step into a new battery charger/ speed controller future with regards to easy operation and failure (user and devices ) reduction.
Please keep an eye on this and try to implement this.
Best regards

Moin Onki,
kannst Du mir sagen, wo ich das ISDT Schaltnetzteil 160W noch bekommen kann.
Bei SLS schon seit nunmehr "Ewigkeiten" nicht mehr zur Verfügung.
Gruß Jürgen

Could be an interesting technology, but it is an proprietary system and requires specific connectors (Amass XT60-I) as well as a license. A developer board (BG2UART) will become available for 3rd party applications like telemetry sensors.onki wrote: Hi,
