engine to flap when landing

morning evebody,
I have different tug and I try to create a fonction whith my dc16
I use the switch SJ for my flaps (low and
when I'm landing if there is a problem on the track landing (people, plane,..) I want when I accelerate my engine, my flaps return slowly and stay off whatever the position of the SJ; after I switch off the SJ to restart.
I want to do that whit the logical switch but I don't find the good program
can someone help me
